![]() ![]() I was trying to upload pics but for some reason Google won't allow it. I do Not Pay almost 40$ a month to workout in filth. One time every single trash can was FULL and there was NO sanitizer in site only empty bottles. Many times I've gone in here and every single stall in the women's bathroom has been out of toilet paper or they are extremely dirty with no soap. So the young guys and girls sit behind that counter on their phones and have the elderly pick up the equipment. the only person I ever see cleaning is the older lady that is normally in the daycare, she has blonde hair, sweet lady. for a few weeks now this gym has been FILTHY and when I went in today there were weights and mats ALL OVER THE PLACE, everyone had to hunt for weights to use and some of us didn't even get in a good workout because half the free weights were missing and no where to be found. ![]() Very rude and HORRIBLE customer service today from the people behind the counter when I called around 12:45p. When she transferred me the phone rang once and hung up on my face, I called back and the guy that answered the phone Refused to give me his name which is not very professional, finally he put Victor on the phone, Victor let me know the manager was in a meeting which the other two employees should have known and told me. After all it is a beautiful muscle that shows strength.I was trying to be nice to these people but when I called to speak to a manager the girl that answered the phone didn't even know her managers name well she doin found out by hollering to another employee "WHAT'S MY MANAGERS NAME," in my ear. You can hit biceps 2 times a week if you want to grow them faster. Doing these three exercises with 4 sets each with a RPE OF 9 will be enough fir one workout routine. I am not saying that these are the best edercises because that might differ depending on ones anatomy but all these exercises target tbe major parts of the biceps the brachi ( short head and long head) the brachialis and the brachioradialis which is connected with the forearm. What I posted here is sufficient for a full biceps routine. What’s very important on this muscle is that you don’t want to overtrain them by doing 6-7 exercises.
